Access to Gemini 4 Argon

On 13 October, Google introduced Gemini 4 Argon and made it available globally to developers and enterprises through the Gemini API. Google AI subscribers also get access in Antigravity, the Gemini app and AI Mode. The model uses a unified context window of up to one million tokens, covering both input and generated output. Through 30 November, Google set introductory pricing at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens; the rates then rise to $4 and $20 respectively.

Conditions of use

Google reports that internal Argon tests increased accepted agent code changes by 35%, reduced rollbacks by almost a third and accelerated selected molecular-modelling tasks by up to 2.3 times. The company also published safeguard tests concerning indirect prompt injections and biological risks. These figures refer to Google’s tests.
