Tools for school leaders
On October 16, the Skolkovo Foundation held a practical seminar for more than 50 school principals from the Moscow Region. Leaders were shown AI services for curriculum planning, staff work, results analysis and administrative tasks. A separate block covered the free AI Lesson program for grades 1–11 and the Kodostudiya learning environment.
Participants outlined areas for a regional pilot in the 2026/27 academic year. The announcement does not specify the schools, launch dates or evaluation measures.
Teacher preparation and deployment conditions
Organizers discussed more than tools: teacher training, organizational requirements, safe-use rules and communication with parents were presented as prerequisites. In a participant survey, more than two-thirds of principals said they used AI daily, while over 70% named training for leaders and teachers as the key condition for systematic adoption. Those figures describe attendees, not a representative sample of every school in the region.
The presented method recommends checking answers against several sources and asking pupils to explain results in their own words. These practices formed part of the discussion of teacher preparation and classroom assistants.
