A platform for specialists
On 10 September 2026, Yandex reported an AI-trainer conference in Moscow and introduced a platform for domain experts. It plans to expand the team to 2,500 people by the end of the year, with 3.5 billion roubles allocated to attracting specialists.
Subject knowledge
AI trainers evaluate model answers using their professional experience. Their work helps identify errors, inaccuracies and departures from the requirements of a particular task. The assessment calls for subject knowledge and the ability to explain what needs correcting.
Selection
According to Yandex, candidates must demonstrate their qualifications and pass selection. AI-development experience is not required. Different employment arrangements are available, so participation is not restricted to specialists already working at technology companies.
